DWTC is a state-of-the-art venue in the business district of Dubai. Located near to the main Dubai International Airport, it is adjoined to the DWTC Metro Station.

DWTC is easily accessible from across the Emirate by car, taxi, bus, and metro. Full details can be found on the RTA website. The DWTC’s parking facilities can accommodate over 5,000 vehicles in a variety of free and paid car parks around the venue.
Car Park Information:
Both paid and free parking is available. The multi-storey parking behind Sheikh Rashid Hall has 1,385 paid parking spaces and there is also a multi storey car park next to Sheikh Rashid Tower with 885 spaces. Free outdoor parking areas are located off 312th road close to the Convention Gate entrance as well as additional parking near the Za’abeel entrance.
How to get to the venue?
1) The Metro: The Dubai World Trade Center metro station is located on the red line. The venue is only a 2 minute walk from the metro station.
2) The Bus: The closest bus stop is the Novotel Hotel stop, which is outside the Convention Gate entrance at Dubai World Trade Center. The Bus that stops at this stop is bus number 29.

3) Taxi: The official Dubai taxis can be recognized by their cream color and will always charge you by the meter. Book a taxi on +971(0)4 208 08 08.
All exhibition halls, meeting rooms and public areas are accessible by wheelchairs, and a mandated number of spaces are also reserved for handicap parking.
Toilets on the ground floor and above Exhibition Halls 6, 7 and 8, as well as elevators and doorways, are designed to meet disabled access requirements.
Additionally, wheelchairs for emergency needs are available at our Medical Services Centre next to Exhibition Hall 5.
There is no free WIFI at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Exhibitors can pre-book WIFI through their exhibitor booking forms. Visitors can purchase internet credit from their mobile providers.
FIM is a business event and this means that no persons under the age of 18 are permitted access to the halls at any time during the exhibitions. This is a mandated rule and is non-negotiable. There are also no childcare facilities onsite.
